This critical role is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of customer quotations and sales orders while supporting various departments to deliver excellent service and on-time fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by leveraging product knowledge and problem-solving skills. Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes including estimating, data compilation, and quote finalization. Maintain accurate quote and order records in the ERP system and customer portals. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely quoting and order processing. Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams. Analyze and report on quoting/order management effectiveness, identifying trends and continuous improvement opportunities. Manage incoming purchase orders, revisions, and returns documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in administrative or coordination roles related to production, quoting, or customer transactions – preferably in a manufacturing setting. Skilled at organizing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-moving environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
