The Order Fulfillment Specialist will support the warehouse operations by ensure pickers have shipping orders and track all shipments until the end of shipping cycle. Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Communication with customers and other teammates via phone, email, and online chat
- Work with sales team, warehouse, and other teammates to resolve issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience working heavily with computers, ten key and different applications needed to fulfill duties
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment
- Willing to put in overtime when needed
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential
- Ability to handle stress in a positive manner
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a similar job is preferred but not mandatory.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school education of GED preferred.
- Strong computer skills, familiarity with EXCEL, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Oracle system a plus.
- An exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask is critical.
- Must have excellent communication skill while exhibiting a pleasant and professional demeanor when dealing with customers, vendors, and other associates.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL).
- Ability to work daily and weekly overtime to meet business needs.
