Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an Order Picker to join our team at our distribution center. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and operating various types of equipment. Must be flexible and open to earlier start times and later end times.

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders on the line and adding to boxes on conveyor belt
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques
• Ensure accuracy of picked items and quantities
• Perform quality checks on products before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
• Proficient in using RF scanners for order picking
