Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an eager Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Smyrna, GA. In this contract to hire role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently filling customer orders . Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. In a Warehouse Fulfillment job you’ll be responsible for: Accurately pick electronic items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanning devices (RF scanners). Inspect products for damage or defects before packing, ensuring all components are present. Carefully pack electronic items, ensuring proper cushioning, anti-static precautions, and secure sealing to prevent damage during transit. Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming electronic inventory as needed. Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and integrity of electronics. Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards, particularly those related to handling sensitive electronics (e.g., ESD precautions). Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues. Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation What you’ll need: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment role, preferably with experience handling electronics or delicate items. Proficiency with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions meticulously. Basic computer skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of basic safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
