The Order Picker will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications. Utilize handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and ensure order accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained. Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
