Logistics Customer Order Representative (Full-Time) 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 302 Rue Louis Xiv, Lafayette, LA 70508 Our dedicated Logistics Operations team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders. Logistics Operations prepares and verifies returned packages, ensuring any needing special attention are properly handled. Incoming mail is entered into the tracking system, and returns are processed for credit or refund, with customer issues addressed. The Logistics Customer Order Representative is the last person to find missing pieces that other staff can not; communicating our discrepancy to the customer while keeping them satisfied and offering something similar. Key Responsibilities Assist with low inventory cycle counts to support accurate stock levels Identify and resolve order issues to reduce customer callbacks Utilize Oracle modules (WIP, Order Management, Inventory, and WMS) to process and track orders Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order setup and processing Maintain accuracy and efficiency in data entry and order input Collaborate with team members to support workflow and ensure timely fulfillment Communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues and improve processes Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED Proficient in basic computer tasks, including data entry and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in order management or inventory control Familiarity with Oracle systems or other warehouse management systems Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality and service excellence Stuller is the jewelry industry’s largest manufacturer, supplier, and technology developer in North America.
