Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
Example of Duties:
1. Issue Purchase Orders and reconcile with vendor invoices. 2. Code and enter vendor invoice information into applicable database. 3. Verify account statements. 4. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries. 5. Must have regular and timely attendance at work. Job Requirements:
1-3 years of accounts payable and general accounting experience Knowledge of relevant computer applications and accounting software. Proficient in data entry and management.
