The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by efficiently selecting and preparing orders for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on accuracy and productivity, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. Duties Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications. Use handheld scanners to track inventory levels and order status. Maintain organization within the warehouse by keeping work areas clean and orderly. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
