Manual Order Picker The Bradley Group Harrisburg, NC 28075 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications. Verify the accuracy of picked items against order lists. Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. Maintain organization within the warehouse by returning unused items to their designated locations. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently (if certified). Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Basic math skills for accurate order verification. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
