Job Description Generally speaking, the Order and Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, preparing and packing orders from a variety of online platform.

Some responsibilities / tasks include:

Product “Finishing”

• Hand emboss envelopes
• Insert envelopes in greeting cards and into PLA compostable bags
• Band packs of greeting cards in pre-determined quantities
• Cut paper to specs
• Assort and box greeting cards
• Bag and/or band notepads and notebooks
• Sewing experience a plus Order Fulfillment and Shipping
• Accurately pick orders, print and label barcodes
• Neatly hand write thank you notes
• Carefully package orders based on channel requirements
• Weigh or apply shipping presets to each package
• Input shipping information and apply shipping labels
• Drop off shipments at local receiving facility (as needed Inventory
• Document out of stock and near out of stock products
• Receive inventory and update online channels as required
• complete inventory worksheets as requested
• Restock over-picked items and keep inventory racks clean and organized General
• Keep your area clean and organized
• Break down boxes, sweep floors and clean surfaces as needed Qualifications A successful applicant will be willing and able to take initiative and responsibility. It’s imperative that this role (eventually) is able to work independently and without much direction. Prior experience in an e-commerce / retail / fulfillment / customer service environment a plus, but not a requirement.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to stand in a stationary position for an entire shift
• Must be comfortable with repetitive hand motions / tasks
