Full Job Description Duties:

• Perform order fulfillment duties in a fast-paced distribution center
• Package and prepare orders for shipment
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately pick and pack items
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders
• Collaborate with warehouse management to maintain efficient operations
• Assist warehouse supervisor with inventory management and organization
• Operate mechanical equipment as needed for order fulfillment We are a rapidly expanding cosmetics company with a small, amiable team, and we are currently looking to add a team member to assist with fulfillment and operations-related tasks.

Skills:

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting preferred
• Proficient in picking, packing, and packaging techniques
• Familiarity with RF scanners and other warehouse technology
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
