We are searching for outstanding Order management specialist to be responsible for the back office services and order processing service – Order entry, Open order management, Order cancellation, Return, Replace, Damage allowance management, Order tracking and customer care and Data analysis, Service performance review and other Order management tasks in SCI team. Our Managers/Sr. managers are capable of full cycle Order management leadership including Order creation, Booking completion and Issue handling. The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees and attending business meetings. Must have a bachelor or higher degree. 7+ years of order management experience Must be fluent in English Must have leadership and problem-solving skills Analytical skills and flexibility in dealing with a changing environment is required. – Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
Role & Responsibility:
Order Management Director/Team Lead may be involved in a variety of activities, including Order creation, Inventory Checking, Order processing, Issue handling, Damage allowance, Return/Replacement processing, Order tracking, Error checking and performance review. Order Creation Put the POs from customer into IT systems Check the order status periodically Issue report and follow up the issues Periodic service status report Analyze the bid data and making a report Communication with customers and consumers Inventory checking Checking inventory availability Following business rule guided by customers OOT (Out of territory) Checking Request data correction or master data creation to customer Order Processing Order creation and booking orders without issues Checking order booking status Back order status checking Order cancellation and modification Pick release/Open transfer Audit current order processing Divert and Report issued orders and follow up the direction Issue Handling Report issues with detail status Solve issue between customers and business department Leave all records in the system. Damage allowance Checking the customer’s claim Report the detail status Operating the system with the detail Return/Replacement processing Put the return/replacement request in the system (Return Creation (GRs), Replacement Creation (sandbox)) Checking the pending requests and solve the issue Sync the log information among various system (Customer’s IT systems) Reporting the process detail periodically Order tracking Checking the current delivery status with various IT systems (TMS, GWMS, ERP and carrier’s website) Communication with logistics/customers to share the load status Performance Review LG CNS service status review and find the improvement Publishing the periodic performance reports Supporting Logistics Business Reviewing and understanding business requirements working with cross-functional teams. Provides business knowledge and instruction to lower level staff members, assisting with specific work problems requiring a broader knowledge of subject matter processing. Build and propose the new business opportunities. Making a proposal document and lead a presentation for customers.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Experience with SCM related systems. Experience using MS-Office (Excel, Access), SQL query Knowledge of and interest in logistics and transportation business.
Salary Range:
$100,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
