Canty Inc, is a multi-national world-renowned Process Engineering manufacturing company in Lockport, NY and Dublin Ireland established in 1977. We specialize in the manufacture of vision-based process control systems, particle sizing systems and process lighting, sight glasses for a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Glass, Food and Mining Industries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

: Receives and processes orders from customers (internal and external) including from Ireland purchasing. Verifies order quantities and responsible for any customer requests or adjustments as needed. Assists customers regarding order status and shipping Coordinates shipping and transportation information to ensure that the customer delivery requirements are met. Responsible for communication with internal and external customers Responsible for tracking and reporting on metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe PDF, is helpful but not required Visual Job Shop (VJS) experience is a plus Excellent problem-solving and prioritizing skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
