Job Overview:

The Identification Clerk is responsible for issuing photo identification to all NYRA employees and backstretch workers at Saratoga, as well as assist with other NYRA security record systems.

Essential Functions:

Maintain a daily log of ID badges and temporary/ visitor passes issued.
Replace lost badges and make revisions when a change in identification status occurs.
Provide application process information.
Work closely with the New York Gaming Commission to ensure employees and workers are properly licensed.
Process termination reports and update badges upon termination.
Process applications by vendors, veterinarians and other third parties who need track identification.
Issue parking stickers to backstretch and other outside vendors.
Liaise with the BEST office in regards to life insurance and pension applications.
Assist security operations with the daily operations report.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma

Experience:

Two years of work experience
Preferred/not mandatory: Bilingual English/Spanish

Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Primarily, sedentary in nature as this is an office role.
