The Role We are seeking Order Entry Clerk who plays a critical role in supporting our operations. In this position, you will ensure accurate and efficient order processing, maintain detailed records, and facilitate communication across departments and with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Invoice Processing:
Accurately match invoices with packing lists and purchase orders to confirm complete billing.
Order Entry & Editing:
Enter data from customer purchase orders—including part numbers and shipping instructions—and edit orders to ensure correct pricing and product details.
Customer Communication:
Provide timely updates on unit prices and shipping dates via fax/email and handle customer service inquiries over the phone.
Reporting:
Compile statistics, prepare management reports, and generate nightly reports to support operational decision-making.
General Administrative Support:
Assist with inventory management, procurement of office supplies, and other administrative tasks as needed.
