Job Description
Fullfillment Associate Quality Recovery Evans City, PA 16033
Role Overview:
At Quality Recovery, we’re looking to redefine wound healing and to do that we’re adding a Fulfillment Specialist to our warehouse team. We are a MedTech company, and as a Fulfillment Specialist , your sharp eye and commitment to accuracy will ensure that every order is picked, packed, and shipped to perfection. In our fast-paced distribution center, the little things make a big difference—and our ability to go the extra mile is what sets us apart.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Use warehouse management systems to accurately track inventory and manage orders with precision. Pick items from shelves using RF scanners, double-checking item numbers and quantities to ensure nothing is missed. Carefully package each order with attention to correct labeling and secure wrapping. Maintain a clean, orderly workspace—because consistency and organization support quality. Support regular inventory counts by spotting discrepancies and ensuring records are exact. Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals, but never at the expense of accuracy or safety.
What We’re Looking For:
A naturally detail-focused mindset—you’re someone who notices when things are off and fixes them fast. Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus, but strong organizational skills are a must. Familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems is helpful, but we’ll train the right detail-oriented person. You take pride in getting it right the first time—and know that even the smallest steps matter. You’re reliable, you have grit, you’re thorough, and understand that accuracy builds trust with every order fulfilled.
Why It Matters:
Every product we ship is a promise to help our patients heal their wounds and surgical incisions.. Your attention to detail and fanatical sense of urgency will ensure we will keep our promise. If you’re someone who values quality over shortcuts and thrives in environments where consistency and care are key, we’d love to have you on our team.
