The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are accurately fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols within our warehouse environment. Duties Accurately pick and fill customer orders from stock, ensuring all items are correctly selected and packed. Utilize various equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks to load and unload products safely. Maintain an organized inventory system, assisting with stock management and order fulfillment processes. Process shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety standards. Utilize MRP systems and AS400 software for tracking inventory levels and order status. Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure product availability aligns with e-commerce demands. Requirements Previous experience in order fulfillment or as an order picker is preferred. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including the use of pallet jacks and reach trucks. Basic understanding of MRP systems and AS400 software is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to lift heavy items as needed and maintain physical stamina throughout shifts. A commitment to following safety protocols within the warehouse setting.
