The Receiver will play a crucial role in ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurately processed and organized. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of inventory management. Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload products. Organize stock in designated areas within the warehouse. Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking and packing items for distribution. Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and MRP systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely processing of goods. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory levels are maintained. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proficiency in operating pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts. Experience with order fulfillment processes in a distribution center setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective stock management. Familiarity with RF scanners for tracking inventory. Knowledge of MRP systems is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to coordinate with other departments.
