Contacts patient at appropriate time concerning reorder of supplies Ensures proper documentation of supplies needed and supplies still on hand Verifies the patient’s address, insurance, and any other needed information prior to processing the patient’s reorder Communicates with facilities if new order is needed in order to process patient’s reorder Keep accurate documentation of patient’s who request call back in order to ensure patients are contacted for reorder Perform other duties as assigned
