Non-Exempt Position Summary A Fulfillment Associate I assists the Fulfillment Team with picking, packing, and shipping to deliver products to our customers. Position Responsibilities A Fulfillment I Associate would be responsible for but not limited the following: Works in one of the designated roles: Product Picking (parcel), Product Packing (parcel), Shipping Associate (parcel) Works with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders Maintains safety rules throughout shift Understands production workflow Position Requirements High School diploma/GED or at least 1 year of equivalent work experience Essential Job Functions Stands and walks for prolonged periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations Performs repetitive motion work including hands, arms and wrists 100% of the time with or without reasonable accommodations Tolerates heat and odors from inks and cleaners with or without reasonable accommodations Strong computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills Ability to work overtime and weekends based on business needs Safely operate machinery within the warehouse (i.e. forklift, scissor lift, etc.) Monday-Friday Day shift. ie-8am-5pm. OT depends on company needs.
