NVE Inc. is seeking a CMMS Administrator in support of anoperations and maintenance (O&M) contract in Memphis, TN. Themain responsibility will be that of service call receipt andworking on the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).The candidate shall have 2 years of recent experience (within thepast 5 years) performing the required job functions. The CMMSAdministrator shall be available on-site from 7:30am to 4:00 pm,Monday-Friday and at any other times required to effectively manageall CMMS activities, including all database management contractwork. The CMMS Administrator is responsible for the work-flowmanagement of service requests, maintenance of the CMMS, receipt ofservice calls, dispatching technicians, daily administration ofwork requests and preventative maintenance tasks, customerinterface and generation of daily reports.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project implementationas needed. Support the Project Manager with external contacts asneeded. Manage the CMMS system, including receiving work requests,assigning work orders, entering system data and providing overallcontract maintenance data administration. Set up, maintain, andorganize department’s central files, information, filing, andmessages. Develop and provide all necessary reports and databasequeries as requested by the COR within 4 hours (unless the CORagrees to a longer time frame). Provide administrative support tothe Facilities team.

Knowledge:

Microsoft Suite of productsincluding Excel, Outlook, Word, Project, Teams, and PowerPointBuilding management and Facility and Maintenance operations.

Maintenance management software (Archibus, Tririga)

Skills:

Musthave strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a teamenvironment. Responsibility for follow-up on actions based onvarious team projects. High organization skills in managingmultiple projects simultaneously. Work independently withoutregular direct supervision. Must be a provider of excellentcustomer service An existing HSPD-12 Determination for Work HighlyDesired
