The main responsibility will be that of service call receipt and working on the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). The candidate shall have 2 years of recent experience (within the past 5 years) performing the required job functions. The CMMS Administrator shall be available on-site from 7:30am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday and at any other times required to effectively manage all CMMS activities, including all database management contract work. The CMMS Administrator is responsible for the work-flow management of service requests, maintenance of the CMMS, receipt of service calls, dispatching technicians, daily administration of work requests and preventative maintenance tasks, customer interface and generation of daily reports.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed. Support the Project Manager with external contacts as needed. Manage the CMMS system, including receiving work requests, assigning work orders, entering system data and providing overall contract maintenance data administration. Set up, maintain, and organize department’s central files, information, filing, and messages. Develop and provide all necessary reports and database queries as requested by the COR within 4 hours (unless the COR agrees to a longer time frame). Provide administrative support to the Facilities team.
Knowledge:
Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, Word, Project, Teams, and PowerPoint Building management and Facility and Maintenance operations. Maintenance management software (Archibus, Tririga)
Skills:
Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Responsibility for follow-up on actions based on various team projects. High organization skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Work independently without regular direct supervision.
