Emilie’s journey inspired her to start Toups and Co Organics (with an initial $250 order for ingredients + supplies) to help others experience the benefits of using clean products. Although Toups and Co has grown exponentially since our launch in 2016 (an average of 175% year over year), our team still exemplifies the same level of passion and scrappiness that allowed Emilie to succeed back when she was making products in her kitchen, labeling them in her living room and shipping packages in her bedroom. Shipping Specialist The Shipping Specialist packs and ships orders out to customers. Works hard to pack and ship at a quick pace, ensuring that orders are put together and sent out in a timely manner. Works diligently with exceptional attention to detail and maintains a positive attitude at all times. Job Description At Toups & Co. Organics, we’re seeking a dedicated specialist to join our natural skincare production and fulfillment team. This hybrid hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the complete product lifecycle, from creation to customer delivery. This position provides a comprehensive view of natural skincare production from raw ingredients to finished products. You’ll develop knowledge in the natural skincare production processes while taking pride in delivering the high-quality, handcrafted products that have built Toups & Co.’s reputation for excellence. Job Responsibilities Ensures all products meet visual standards prior to shipping, as the final step in the quality control process, ensuring that lids are tightened, and labels correctly applied. Process and fulfill customer and fulfillment center orders with attention to detail and care. Pack and ship orders accurately and in a timely manner to achieve daily, weekly & monthly shipping goals. Daily/Weekly restocking of products. Ensuring FIFO method is used. Clean up after oneself and others during and at the end of each shift, maintaining a clean and stocked work area. Follow established formulations and procedures precisely to maintain product consistency. Meet daily, weekly & monthly production goals while ensuring highest quality standards. Maintain inventory and production records with precision. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Following all safety and health guidelines. Works hard to keep up with a quick production pace, ensuring that products are made, packaged, and labeled in a timely manner.

• Maintain inventory of needed materials/ingredients and communicate effectively when supplies are low.
• Clean up after oneself and others during and at the end of each shift, maintaining a clean and stocked work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members both within and outside your department.

Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary and reasonable. Maintaining a positive attitude. Qualifications Good time management skills. Attention to detail. Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing for 8 hours a day, and lifting up to 50 lbs. This is important. Work collaboratively with team members in a shared space. Available to work from 8:30 – 4 pm Monday – Friday. Experience with shipping software such as ShipStation, ShipHero, or Shopify is preferred but not required.
