Semmes Full-time; Non-exempt – Day Shift Reports to: Fulfillment Center Supervisor Essential Functions of the Role Duties and Responsibilities A key member of the Production Team, an FCA – Order Picker, is responsible for picking productivity and works daily with the production control team to ensure orders are processed quickly, efficiently and safely. Pick all orders to meet carrier pickup deadlines. Strive to meet personal and group performance goals. Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor’s attention. Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment. Other duties as assigned.

Core Competencies Skills, Talents, Personal Attributes and Experience High School Diploma or GED. Previous fulfillment center/order picking experience is a plus but not required. High physical and mental energy. Demonstrates initiative and takes responsibility for the quality and quantity work. Reliable team player who contributes to a positive, can-do work culture. Able to learn new skills quickly and help others to do the same; embraces change. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift. Physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a fulfillment center operation. Compensation and Benefits $12.36 plus incentive up to $20.16 an hour
