AtWork Decatur AL Decatur, AL 35601 Job Summary Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Pickers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Decatur, AL. As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are picked accurately and efficiently for distribution. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
GOOD ATTENDANCE IS A MUST, NOT AN OPTION.
Duties Accurately pick products from shelves based on pick sheets or scanner. Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging. Label packages correctly and ensure they are sealed securely. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the packing process. Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged items. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or discrepancies. Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in picking or warehouse operations is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
