Our fast paced manufacturing group is seeking entry levelproduction packers to join our organization. In this role, thepacker will perform a variety of repetitive operations to packageCompany product prior to shipping. We are seeking employees thatactively promote a teamwork atmosphere and supports teamdevelopment. This is a fast paced position working in a fun, cleanand high energy department!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
100% inspects work pieces for cosmetic appearance and obviousnon-conformities. Sort, process and assemble small components.
Place wrapped parts in appropriate packaging. Responsible forcleanliness of work area and the general housekeeping of theCompany. Reports any unsafe conditions to Supervisor/Management.
Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, orGeneral Education Degree (GED).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performingthe duties of this position, the employee is regularly required touse hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controlsand reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently requiredto stand and occasionally required to walk, sit, kneel, crouch, orcrawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noiselevel is usually moderate. The employee is required to wear safetyglasses, earplugs and safety shoes.
