Role:
This role involves monitoring and managing the cooling processes to ensure that all products are stored at optimal temperatures, thereby preventing spoilage and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that any issues are addressed promptly. Additionally, this position requires adherence to safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees. Ultimately, the Cooler 2nd Shift role plays a critical part in the supply chain, ensuring that high-quality products reach consumers efficiently and safely.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices. Certification in forklift operation or other relevant machinery.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the temperature of coolers to ensure product safety and quality. Perform regular inspections of cooling equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
