Job Description
1st Shift 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
DESCRIPTION
Stocks finished goods in proper location in stock; Accumulates orders per order number; Packs and prepares for domestic and export shipment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stocks finished goods in proper location in stock; Accumulates orders per order number; Packs and prepares for domestic and export shipment; Assess carton for proper postage and places proper postage; Will separate shipments which will be shipped by common carrier; Checks outgoing freight; Keeps work area neat and clean; Prepares work orders (signed by others) for special boxes; Prepares requisitions for materials as required (signed by others).
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE, SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS HS
Diploma or GED Requires the ability to read and write English proficiently to comply with work instructions and write reports; Basic math and computer skills; Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and tow motor experience a plus. Lifts 25 pounds regularly; 50 pounds occasionally. Must be available for overtime as necessary.
