Packer/Shipper Plymouth Spring 281 Lake Ave, Bristol, CT 06010 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing and shipping products to ensure they reach our customers safely and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. Label packages accurately and prepare shipping documents as required. Conduct quality checks on products before packing to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain an organized workspace and keep packing materials stocked. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines. Assist in inventory management by tracking shipped items and reporting discrepancies. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling products and equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and managing inventory systems. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
