Compensation and Benefits:
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour .
Schedule :
Sun-Thu (6th day Fri) 11 pm to 7:30 am or Tue-Sat (6th day Mon) 11 pm to 7:30 am.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions. Perform visual inspection of products for particulate matter and quality attributes. Document inspection results, defects, and product information accurately using Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Complete packaging tasks such as measuring, weighing, labeling, and sealing products, manually or using equipment, when needed. Maintain cleanliness of the production area by removing waste and using cleaning solutions and tools. Work independently to meet production goals and schedules while adhering to all safety policies. Support Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives and comply with regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with all internal policies, including documentation practices, standard operating procedures, SOPs. Collaborate across departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. No prior experience necessary—training will be provided.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail. Good eyesight and manual dexterity for handling small items. Ability to perform repetitive visual inspections in low-light conditions. Basic computer skills (for logging inspections and reports). Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Perform basic math calculations with accuracy.
