The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the order fulfillment process, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly selected based on order specifications. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage order fulfillment processes. Load and unload products from delivery vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of all materials. Maintain an organized and clean work area within the distribution center to promote efficiency and safety. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and address any issues that arise during the shipping process. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and report discrepancies as needed. Requirements Previous experience in order picking, e-commerce, or a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow instructions and maintain quality standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds), and perform repetitive tasks as required. Must have substantial
