We are currently seeking a Packer/Picker with skills to support our Jacksonville shipping & receiving team. We are seeking someone who can identify and optimize common inventory items to ensure constant stock levels are consistently maintained. This position will require picking, packing and shipping duties. Such tasks will include preparation of shipping documentation, shipping labels, packing and processing shipments, and other various duties to support and ensure on‐time shipments to Predator customers. This role is responsible for monitoring all incoming and outgoing shipments & shipping‐related concerns. Position also requires organizing transportation schedules for customers to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, transport, and store goods. Ensure customer shipping concerns are addressed and that follow‐up is completed in a timely manner. Maintains shipment files and responds to customer/agent inquiries regarding status of shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare shipments. Receive, inspect, and record incoming products. Work with cross‐functional teams to resolve all shipping issues or inquiries that might arise per customer. Create documentation, maintain records, and coordinate logistics for product shipments. Communicate shipping volumes and priorities to optimize available resources. Maintain accurate inventory levels at the facility. Assist with cycle counts to ensure they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner. File defective goods claims with the QA department in a timely manner. Maintain data in computerized systems and use other technologies as required. Follow all company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, as well as assist in the upkeep of the warehouse. Complete other duties as directed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year minimum experience in shipping and receiving. Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds and stand for long hours. Must show attention to details. Understanding of international shipping procedures preferred. Ability to follow verbal and written procedures/directions. Must be able to use Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with Netsuite and/or RF scanners, UPS Worldship and Fedex Shipping Systems are a plus.
