Warehouse Picker/Packer 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 14601 Jetport Loop, Fort Myers, FL 33913 As a Pick/Packer at Naples Soap Company, you will play an essential role in ensuring our products are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. This position is vital to maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction as we continue to expand our reach both in retail stores across Florida and online. To be considered for this position you must have Pick/Pack experience. You must be able to pass a background screening. You must be able to speak and read English. Responsibilities Accurately pack products for shipment while adhering to company quality standards. Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging. Label packages correctly to ensure timely delivery. Wrap soaps when needed and other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized packing area to promote efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals. Assist with inventory management by tracking packaged goods. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Support the overall production process as needed. Qualifications Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic understanding of packaging processes is preferred but not required. Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
