This role is responsible for sorting, packing, and shipping sports cards from live breaks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities:

Pack and Ship Orders Efficiently:

Ensure all cards are accurately sorted and securely packed for shipping.

Quality Control:

Double-check that each order is correct before shipping to avoid errors.

Label and Track Packages:

Print and apply shipping labels, update tracking information, and report any discrepancies.

High-Value Shipments:

Ensure packages over $500 include signature confirmation and insurance.

Inventory & Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized shipping station; assist with restocking supplies.

Meet Deadlines:

All orders must be shipped within 48 hours of the break.

Teamwork & Communication:

Work closely with breakers, co-hosts, and customer service to resolve any shipping concerns.

Follow Company Policies:

Adhere to all fulfillment and shipping guidelines to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs Basic computer skills (label printing, tracking updates) Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or order packing is a plus Must be punctual , reliable , and able to work a structured schedule Passion for sports, sports cards or collectibles is a plus!
