Full-Time Schedule:
Saturday to Thursday 5-6 days a week, 40+ hours/week
Pay:
$700-900 per week (team-based pay system with commitions)

Job Duties:
Pack meals into containers Assemble delivery bags Label meals Clean workstations and the kitchen area
Requirements:
Must have valid work authorization and Social Security Number Basic English required No cooking experience needed Must work well with a team — teamwork affects hours and pay
Training:
up to 3 days, 4 hours/day, paid at $14/hour
Pay Structure & Schedule Details:
This is not an hourly position. The team is given a set workload and a fixed weekly budget, which is divided among all team members. Responsibilities vary by day. Work hours depend on how quickly the team completes the day’s tasks.
Typical Work Hours:
(min 40 hours) Saturday / Monday /
Wednesday:
8 to 12 hours (between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM) Sunday / Tuesday /
Thursday:
3 to 6 hours (between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) The faster the team completes the work, the earlier the day ends. Job Conditions /
Physical Requirements:
This job may require standing and walking for short or long periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Must be able to perform duties in a climate-controlled environment. 30-minute meal/rest break every 4 hours. Personal phone use is not allowed during work hours.
