Job Description:

We are hiring Produce Packers to join our warehouse team in Miami, FL . In this role, you’ll be responsible for packing, sorting, and preparing fresh fruits and vegetables for shipment to major retailers. Working hours vary based on business needs. This is a hands-on position in a refrigerated warehouse environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for clear communication and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

Pack, label, and inspect fresh produce for quality Follow food safety and handling guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet daily packing quotas with speed and accuracy Work as part of a team to fulfill large-scale orders

Requirements:
