The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment and possesses excellent communication skills. Picker/Packer Responsibilities Accurately pick orders for shipment and assemble packages with merchandise to ship out accordingly Ensure that all merchandise is labeled correctly Count and organize all incoming merchandise for inventory management Load merchandise into bins once the bin has become empty Operate a hand truck or pallet jack to move boxes throughout the fulfillment center Follow open and close checklist procedures Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise. Log returns into the appropriate client-specific sheet.
