Shift Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Food Production Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and packing products on the production line while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to react quickly under pressure are essential.

Job Duties:

Prepare and pack products on the production line. Perform quality checks on product handling. Maintain a clean and debris-free work area to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in other areas of the facility as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Ability to handle multiple tasks. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Must be able to work weekends. Ability to work in a cold environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively in both languages. Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Physical Demands:

Exposure to wet and cold conditions. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to at least 20 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• At least 6 months experience operating motorized material handling equipment.
• At least 6 months experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning.
• At least 6 months experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory
