Full Job Description Objective:
As a member of the Production Support team, your primary objective is to ensure a smooth, efficient flow of products and materials between the warehouse and packing room. You will be responsible for both supplying the packing room with the correct products before they are needed and replenishing product and packing materials to keep operations running without interruption.
Key Responsibilities:
Match Need and Pull sheets with correct warehouse product. Verify product labels and ensure accurate quantities are delivered to the packing room. Deliver produced product to correct picking locations and ensure items are properly stacked for efficient retrieval. Maintain location accuracy for replenished product to support order fulfillment. Fold and prepare boxes in advance, maintaining adequate supply for the packing team. Coordinate with packing clerks and pickers to support continuous workflow and minimize downtime.
Performance Metrics:
Packing error logs (accuracy of product delivered). Productivity and efficiency of the packing room. Accuracy of replenishment to correct picking locations. Number and quality of boxes produced.
