The overall objective of this position is to make boxes for daily orders to be shipped out, make stock to help limit the box making process, and fill orders with correct materials. Essential Accountabilities Increase revenue from cycle time improvements by efficiently making boxes and processing stock to complete orders. Create an efficient and effective work environment through maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as starting paperwork as early as possible to prepare for the following day. Decrease operational costs by maintaining proper box inventory monthly through: Counting total boxes Counting boxes on skid to match the count of ticket Other duties and assignments as required. Qualifications Education/Certifications High School Diploma/GED required Forklift license preferred Experience 1-2 years of experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Intrapersonal Skills•Self-motivated and able to identify, examine, and resolve issues independently from others.
