This role is essential to the flow of our production line and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. Palletizer

• Essential Functions Include:

  Perform all primary job duties by hand

• including grasping, folding, bending, stocking, pressing, and lifting materials repeatedly throughout the day Build and organize pallets by boxing, stacking, and lifting items/boxes in a fast-paced environment Heavy lifting and movement are a constant and essential part of this position
• must be able to keep up with production pace Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene/food safety standards Operate palletizing equipment safely and efficiently (manual and machine-assisted processes) Inspect product packaging and placement to ensure quality and customer standards are met Assist with equipment and area cleaning and sanitation in a safe and timely manner Participate in basic machine maintenance and daily care routines Attend all assigned training programs and meetings

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, 7:00 AM
• 4:00 PM or until production is completed (Some overtime or extended hours may be required based on production needs) Palletizer

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. regularly throughout the entire shift Must be able to stand, walk, climb, reach, lift, carry, pull, push, grasp, stoop, squat, bend, and stretch repeatedly Ability to palletize 100+ boxes per pallet at a pace of 30 boxes per minute Must tolerate exposure to production environment: food debris, odors, constant machine noise, wet floors, and temperature fluctuations Repetitive motion tasks, including manual work, in a standing position for the entire shift Strong physical stamina and endurance is essential for success in this role Palletizer

• Requirements:

  Ability to meet and maintain the assigned work schedule Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team Must be able to communicate in English

• read, write, and understand instructions, labels, and safety notices Willingness to participate in all necessary tasks to support production, including end-of-shift cleaning and sanitation Must be able to perform all physical functions of the job without restriction Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test, background check, and criminal history check
