We’re growing fast and expanding our team to keep delivering the high standards our customers count on. We’re looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our Lakeland-based team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in detail-oriented work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working alongside a seasoned team of fulfillment experts to ensure our clients’ mailers and packages are prepared accurately, quickly, and professionally. Duties Perform mailer fulfillment tasks such as hand-stuffing envelopes, assembling small package mailers, and preparing materials with a high degree of accuracy Maintain a fast and steady pace while producing high-quality work Follow internal quality standards and production workflows Lift and move boxes of printed materials (25-50 lbs as needed) Sit or stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks Support teammates as needed to meet production deadlines and client expectations Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Quick, efficient work style with a commitment to quality Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site full-time, Mon-Fri Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs and remain on your feet or seated for prolonged periods Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus Experience working with shipping or printing is a plus Compensation & Benefits Starting at $15-17/hour, based on experience 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance offerings Annual performance bonus (starting your second year) Free and discounted printing services Opportunities for advancement Some flexible work hours and overtime opportunities during peak seasons Our fulfillment team is experienced, collaborative, and proud of the work we do.
