JOB SUMMARY

As a Cabinet Assembly Associate you will be responsible for moving, assembling, and handling cabinets at various stages of production and distribution within the warehouse. Your primary duties will include managing both flat-pack and fully assembled cabinets, ensuring efficient flow between different areas, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Move cabinets (flat-pack and assembled) safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse, including incoming and outgoing shipments. Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and reorganization of cabinets as required Load and unload cabinets from trucks and storage areas Verify and inspect cabinets for quality and accuracy during different stages of production Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Document movement and inventory of cabinets as needed Regular and reliable attendance

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
