Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper with forklift experience to join our team in a millwork environment. This role involves processing orders, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating forklifts, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation:

Safely operate forklifts to load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling of millwork products.

Order Processing:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correct and properly handled.

Loading & Unloading:

Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished millwork products, both manually and with forklift assistance.

Inventory Management:

Help with maintaining accurate inventory records, including monitoring stock levels, performing cycle counts, and ensuring products are stored correctly.

Warehouse Organization:

Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Assist in organizing materials for easy access and efficient workflow.

Quality Control:

Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance, reporting any damage or discrepancies.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of forklifts, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe lifting practices.

Qualifications:

Forklift Certification:

Valid forklift certification required.

Experience:

Prior experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in a millwork or construction-related environment.

Physical Requirements:
