We, at Mary Ann Industries, a Leggett and Platt company, are searching for a Feeder to work with our Villa Rica, GAteam to help support ourbusiness. If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.

• So, what will you be doing as a Feeder?
• Job duties will include the safe startup, operation andmaintaining of the blend line to operate a machine that manufactures carpet padding
• Develop product knowledge including rawand finished goods specifications
• Identify the difference between a quality product and a non-conforming product.
• To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
• The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• The ability to lift/carry product as required
• A positive outlook towards learning multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Have a cooperative attitude and be able to work effectively with others
• Must possess good work/attendance habits
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with overtime
• Be committed to fully supporting our Safety, Environmental, Continuous Improvement and Quality Programs
• A Drug Screen as required as a prior condition of employment.
• Things we consider a plus, but not required:
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
