Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scanner and Order Processor to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately scanning inventory, processing orders, and ensuring that products are ready for shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan and track inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Process orders by picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. Verify order accuracy and ensure products are correctly labeled and ready for dispatch. Perform routine inventory checks and report discrepancies or damages to the supervisor. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Collaborate with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets and deadlines. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or order processing environment is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanning equipment is a plus. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 30 lbs.) as required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
