In this Kitting Associate position, you will be responsible for: Carefully following production instructions to assemble kits or packages of products Inspecting components and materials to ensure quality and accuracy Packaging finished products for shipment, including labeling and sealing Maintaining a clean and organized work area to support efficient operations To be successful in this role, you should have: Basic experience in production, packaging, or other industrial skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions Strong manual dexterity and the physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic organization This is a Temp to Hire opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour.
