Picker/Packer shipping and receiving 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 75 Coweta Industrial Parkway, Newnan, GA 30265 Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately, ready for shipment to our valued customers. This position requires a commitment to quality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specified guidelines. Inspect items for quality assurance before packaging to ensure they meet company standards. Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping purposes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any issues or discrepancies in packaging materials or products to supervisors promptly. Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling various products. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
