Warehouse Order Packer Wangs Alliance Corp 1600 Distribution Court, Lithia Springs, GA 30122
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Pick, pack and process orders with attention to the accuracy of orders and special instructions. This includes tracing shipments when needed. Restock primary picking areas as needed with attention to tracking inventory. Perform daily cycle counts and verify information. Receive all air and boat shipments, which include preparing the warehouse for receiving product as well as verifying the accuracy of the packing list and contents. Maintain sufficient levels of shipping supplies by ordering through the Manager. Assist with year-end physical inventory. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and the facility. Process all daily orders to be shipped on the same day. Prepare the warehouse for incoming shipments and coordinate the receipt of shipments. Receive and control inventory. Perform inventory cycle counts
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent 5 years warehouse experience, Forklift / Cherry Picker / Power Jack experience is a plus Ability to promote a positive attitude and collaborative approach to individual and team success. Computer literate Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds from the floor to shoulder height Ability to work standing for long periods of time We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
