As part of our fulfillment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are carefully packed and shipped on time. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy fast-paced work and have strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders following company standards. Ensure quality control by inspecting products for damage or defects before packing. Use packaging materials efficiently to ensure products are secure for shipping. Meet daily and weekly packing quotas and maintain a high level of productivity. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Assist with inventory management and restocking packaging supplies as needed. Work closely with shipping and fulfillment teams to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak holiday times. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing. Basic knowledge of packing equipment and tools (e.g., tape guns, box cutters). Ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail environment is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Manual dexterity for handling small and large packages.
